I would rate it a negative if possible
Nothing in the box but the cabinet... no instructions, no combo or info on how to set the combo, none of the tags that are listed as coming with the box were in there - taking it back and requesting a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Note the photo shows no keys hanging
There's not enough room in lower row to have keys attached. Poor design.
