It is doing its' job. The laptop is not slowing down from heat buildup.

Laptop riser
Was not what I was expecting. Wanted something that would raise up the laptop, so I could stand and use it. This one just tilts, but both mechanisms would be best. I returned it.

The first level is too low and the 2nd level is way too high - forget about even trying level 3 and above

Works fine
fast delivery, sturdy. Only complaint is lower ledge is uncomfortable to rest the heal of your hand on. I need some type of pad to cover it.

Works great!
Easy to use, easy to transport (as it fits right in my laptop case and works great! My computer was overheating and the ventilation this provides has really helped, plus it's nice to have my screen at eye level without having to stack it on top of a bunch of books.

It's complicated
My first order sent the wrong item, so I exchanged it at a store and ordered a new one because it was not in stock. The representative was polite and apologetic and helpful.
A week later the new order arrived - and it's same wrong item. I believe that you have some product numbers that link to more than one item.

Broke
It broke as soon as I put my laptop on it. Not worth a penny. Don't buy it. Not worth the trouble to return it, I'll just throw it away.

Great Product
I was looking for something to raise my laptop to the height of the monitors, without taking up a lot of desk space. This is perfect. it fits my chromebook and large laptops. I like the three pre-built heights. Desk clearance is good to store notebooks and scratch pads below it. Plus the wood block adds a bit of elegance to the desk as well.
