Hard and solidified
This was a replacement order and unfortunately it had the same problem as the original. Rather than being smooth and creamy, the patties were hard and solidified, possibly as a result of having melted. Very disappointing . Will not order this through Staples again

Love the availability of these!
Arrived as promised - I was afraid the UPS (or FedEx - can't remember) truck would melt them, but it didn't.
