Even better than expected!
So far they have been great! Sound is very clear, and you don't have to have it close to your mouth to pick up your voice with the push to talk! We haven't tried the VOX option yet. I was skeptical at buying them but after just 3 days of using I purchased another set of 3!

I purchased the Midland X-Tra Talk 2-Way Radios, attracted by their claimed 30-mile range. However, I'm disappointed as they failed to live up to this assertion.
