Very good for loosening and strengthening your bk
It is very well made sturdy and easily adjustable. Assembly was a flash. I would prefer it to be 2-3 inches shorter when using at a standard sit down desk. The adjustment range for the tall size is adequate. I'm 6' 1" tall.
