Solid basic radio
We're using these radios to provide safe effective communication during trap shoot. One person is overseeing the shooters with another person in the trap house running the thrower. Got two of the 3 pack came with one rechargeable battery. Said it could use AAA batteries. Used them said low battery. So basically you have to use the rechargeable battery it came with. Which means I have to spend another $169.00 dollars to for the rest of them which is 4 of them.

Two way radios dissatisfaction
I’m dissatisfied with this item it doesn’t work long distance as described . I’ve tried it out personally and it doesn’t meet my expectations.

Happy with Midland products
We live on a large lake and are surrounded by prairie. The range is approximately one to 1.5 miles, which is perfectly adequate for us, and our micromobile base station. Having 3 units is the perfect combination for us.

battery issue
One of the batteries wouldn't hold a charge. I really didn't get a real chance to use them the way I wanted because of this issue.
