INK CARTRIDGE EXP DATE AND OUT OF WARRANTY DATE
It is very frustrating to learn ink cartridges have expiration dates and manufacturing out of warranty dates causing the cartridges to print poorly and possibly damage printhead on a very expensive device. OEM PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK
Cyan Cartridge identified as "Foreign" and will not load. Needs to be returned and replaced. Fortunately for me I had more than one, because plotter would not operate until a working cartridge was installed and my business would have been dead-in-the-water. You can't make this crap up! Whose in charge over there, anyway?

Fast and easy order!
Easy ordering, price for this particular cartridge was slightly less than others and it arrived very quickly with a retun envelope to recylce the old cartridge. Your only option is not a big box store.

I have had two cartridges in a row that either malfunctioned with the chip or was leaking when I got it. I rely on this expensive ink for my business and have been beyond frustrated.
