Ink Cartridge Woudn't register
I just changed over my ink cartridge for my HP officejet pro 6970 and my printer wont register the cartridge. I have been using HP brand but thought that I would switch to save a little money. I will have to repurchase with the HP version.

Awful ink cartridge
Got the full set of these- none of them worked in my HP Officejet Pro printer. Followed the troubleshooting directions but still no luck. Finally called and they sent me a replacement set and guess what? THEY DON'T WORK EITHER! Will take them back to Staples- meanwhile the printer hasn't worked in over a week and I am not a happy camper.

doesnt work with printer as promised.
needed chip to be recognized and the work around to use shuts down the printer.

This Magenta ink is working but....
The magenta ink is working but the black is the worst and does not work in the printer at all.

Seems like a good purchase.
I just installed the XL cartridges and cannot really tell how the length of use will turn out or the number of copies I will produce with these refills. The print quality if good so far. The stated number of copies to be printed has yet to be determined..
