Great Bluetooth.
Works great can be used with or without earloop. Some extra ear pieces would be good because those wear out before the headset.

not noise cancelling
Says it noise cancelling on box. I had several complaints on the first day about how loud the background noise was. Ive had plantronics products before that were great. This one just wasn't as good.

Great Bluetooth.
Works great can be used with or without earloop. Some extra ear pieces would be good because those wear out before the headset.

awasome blue tooth
great sound i not use the ear loop just place in ear works fantastic. best Bluetooth not Bulky.

I hated it and returned it and took a loss

Not the best.
Keeps falling out of my ear no matter what earpiece or angle I use...doesn't work for me.

Bluetooth
This Bluetooth device will only operate for 7 hours between recharges as it comes out of the box. I have an older much less expensive Bluetooth device that will last for 11 hours. This is a disappointment.

A good buy
The charging system is one I’ve never seen before and directions ( a sketch) were not easy for me to understand. But I persisted and figured it out—who knew the strap charger could fit in a USB charge slot?! It’s pretty clever but still would be better with instructions. Otherwise it’s similar to my older earpiece.

Constantly disconnects and reconects.
I will never stay just connected. I have to always push the button to reconnect. Then when call ends it disconnects again. Frustrating.

Works fine. That said however& For whatever reason it's not as comfortable a fit as other models (plantronics] I've owned.
