Much better connection than using adapter!
I was using a USB-C to USB-C adapter that connected to a USB-C to HDMI cable feeding into my external monitor.. Over time, the connection to my monitor would disconnect so I ordered this J5Create USB-C to HDMI cable to dispense with the adapter. Works perfectly - no more disconnects! Worked perfectly
The internet can was a bit wobbly so I used this cable to directly connect my Surface Pro to a Smart TV. Thrilled to not have to use the adapter for the USB C port. This was for a sideshow at my Dad's funeral reception
