Item not as advertised
Video shows a 100 page self-loading tray but item does not actually have it. Product seems to work fine after 20 minutes of use (which is to be expected) but the negative review comes as a result of the misleading advertising. With our usage, the auto loading tray was one of the features that made us select this over the others, so it is disappointing and don't sugges...

good shredder
Very quiet shreds a good-sized chunk of paper at the same time and does have a built-in mechanism to bag the shreds but the bags are pricey. I wish the bin was a tad smaller so kitchen plastic bags would fit better (but they still work). Good purchase hope it lasts as long as my previous shredder.

Does the task at hand
I would have preferred the cross-cutting to result in confetti-like pieces instead of strips that are over an inch long and therefore take up more volume in the bin (and are slightly less secure for privacy) but it seems to be well built and handles whatever we give it.

Broke
This shredder worked great at first but after a couple of months it would just stay running which was annoying so I had to manually turn on and off when using. A couple more months down the road the motor started making a loud noisy and was barely shredding anything. I would not recommend as you will be wasting your money.
