Upon walking in the store I noticed how empty it was, once i found the ink section I looked and there isn't even a home for the item that online says is available. Print order charged 4 times
I recently placed an order online for pick up in store. My debit card was charged 4 times for this 1 order of $116. (3) of those are pending, called customer service and they couldn’t give me any answers. Horrible Customer Service
My Aunt went into the store on Manaul and was treated very unfairly, not only by the worker but also by the manager. She needed help with the printing station and was told she needed to do it herself. Off center and wrong color
Two of the three documents I printed were done incorrectly. The pages were off-center, and the colors (specifically green) were too dark. These two also had incorrect bindings, with some holes missing or the binding ending too soon, making it impossible to turn the pages.

Disappointed
The images looked dark in the store but when I saw them in natural light it was even worse. All of my images are too dark but a lot of them are so dark that I cannot use them. I’m incredibly disappointed in the quality. I’ve attached examples of what I ordered vs the quality I actually received.
