Epson XP-6000 printer and 302 inks
I am a loyal, repeat customer of Epson printers. However, this one is killing me! Overall, I am sorely disappointed by both the machine and the inks. The printer (XP-6000) has an annoyingly cumbersome control panel that isn't intuitive at all. And as for the 302 inks - to say they disappoint is an understatement. Replacement cartridges
In the past I have been able to purchase a multipack of cartridges for my Epson XP 6100 printer. This time I had to order each color as an individual cartridge, which increased the price significantly.

Helpful customer service.
I was unable to track the shipping status of this order online. When I visited the staples store at 600 North Greenbush Road, Rensselaer, NY., the manager was very helpful and was able to look up my order using the tracking number, and then provide a delivery date.
