Epson XP-6000 printer and 302 inks
I am a loyal, repeat customer of Epson printers. However, this one is killing me! Overall, I am sorely disappointed by both the machine and the inks. The printer (XP-6000) has an annoyingly cumbersome control panel that isn't intuitive at all. And as for the 302 inks - to say they disappoint is an understatement. Rip OFF
This printer is not only an ink sucker, but staples does not do a good job of stocking the ink, because for some reason you need Black Noir photo ink, but you also need BK black ink? Staples i might start shopping elsewhere.

Computer Ink Replacement Cartidges
I ordered a single replacement black ink cartridge for an Epson printer. Promised for delivery the next day, actual delivery took three days. It wasn't a crisis for me, but could have been had it been needed for a job.

You charge too much for shipping and handling on online orders! My item,the Epson ink, is a case in point: you should charge only two dollars in shipping and handling for the Epson ink cartridge; you wanted to charge me twelve dollars which is about the price of the item itself! That's criminal.

Too soon.
I didn't need ink. It came automatically because it is supported to know when I need ink. I purchased this printer because it is supposed to be compatible with a Chrome Book. Now I'm notified by Google as of December 31st, it will no longer be. Im very upset about this.
