Please know that a great deal of work goes into the development and testing of all our wipes to ensure they are safe for babies. We have careful and thorough procedures in place to ensure this. We work with parents and partner with leading professionals including pediatricians, pediatric dermatologists and safety experts through every step of the wipes-making process, so we want to assure you that this isn’t something we expect. Still, as fellow parents, we understand that every baby is unique, and a baby’s skin can be especially delicate. While we recently changed the packaging, we haven’t made any changes to the wipes themselves, so your experience is quite unexpected. We're sorry to hear of your experience. Our wipes go through many quality checks and we try our very best to make sure that each one reaches you in perfect condition. The main cause of wipes sticking together are changes in temperature and humidity before the pack is even opened. To help prevent this, we would suggest you try storing the wipes packs upside down until you use them. This helps keep the moisture spread evenly throughout the wipes.
