Not on time!
I ordered for the business that I needed right away there was no available in the stores to go and pick it up but (online only) delivery was one day later than initial I was told (2 days max) and that caused lots of problems to my business! I could get it somewhere else in time. STOP Lying to us Staples just to make the sale!

Difficulty Finding Lexmark Toner
