The holes in the back support are misaligned, making it impossible to screw into place. Will be returning for a refund.

"I purchased this chair last November. However, only two months later, the stitching started to pull apart. Although Staples offers a 5-year warranty, I was told that nothing could be done because I didn't purchase an extended warranty. Chair works as expected
2nd chair of this manufacturer I've purchased from staples. The right arm rest came off. I was able to reattach it successfully. Other than that, the chair has functioned as expected.

Arm rest came off after 4 months. Impossible to fix. Junky, cheap material. I did a bunch of research to find a solution and learned it's a common issue. Don't recommend.

The neck pillow feels like a brick, the armrests rotate at the slightest touch while making a very loud and sharp clicking sound, the seams started tearing in under a month, and now the final straw is when one of the armrests just snapped off in my hand. Utter garbage
Literal piece of trash. Good luck putting this thing together. Quite literally impossible to put the side panels on. Not to mention mine came with a massive hole punched through the box into the seat.

Comfortable like a reclining sofa
