Thank you Staples for agreeing to not sell furniture with toxic flame retardants!
I am a mom and was in the market to purchase a gaming chair for my son. Unfortunately, all of the chairs that I found on other websites had flame retardant chemicals in them that seep into our bodies (chemicals have been found to be 5x more in children). You get what you pay for
-Bolsters cut into your thighs if you're a heavy person They rate this to support up to 275 lbs, but you will absolutely walk away with red marks and soreness on your legs. This is why Secret Labs heavy chairs are flat.
-Cushion wore down after 5 months, metal bar between your legs feels awful.
-Seat is tearing at edges, bolsters cutting into pleather.

Horrible Product!
One screw got stuck with a string from the bottom of the chair and it broke! Cheap item. Do not buy! I threw the whole chair out!

CHEAP
Bought this for my son for Christmas. The arms broke off and the chair it self ,the "pleather" is just wearing off. Would definitely shop around. This was a last minute purchase, I wish I did some research.

Arm broke off after a week. Poor design on the arms, if you lean on them too much they snap off.

super comfortable
The chair is super comfortable. I especially like the lumbar and neck supports. It wasn't the easiest to put together. Not all the holes lined up easily for assembly, but I did finally get it put together.

Chair is only 3 days old, so will see how it holds up with time. Arrived timely, and was fairly easy to assemble. I am in my late 70s and put it together with little difficulty in under an hour. Sturdy and comfy
This is the very first computer chair I’ve owned. I was indecisive with all of the options out there, but this was recommended to me by my cousin and she has owned hers for years and raves about it.
