No batteries needed!
I'm giving this stamp kit 5 stars based on what I saw when I wrapped it as a gift for a 5-year old. It was Christmas Day so there was alot going on. It looked as described, well made, sturdy. I' sure it will be fun as well as educational for the recipient.

No Lid
I bought this for my Great Granddaughter and am really suprised it doesn't come with a hinged or slide out lid to stop the stamps falling out. If it had a lid I would have given it a much higher rating as it is dust gets in the box and blocks spill out of the box easily

Love the stamps!
My son received this as a birthday gift. He LOVES it and finds the activity pad fun. I love the educational aspect.
Only CON... There is no way to enclose, or contain the stamps, so when it is stored they can easily fall out of the wooden crate. Wish there was a plastic cover to slide over top.

I love this stamp set!!!
I work as a Direct Care for people with Autism. One of my clients is blind and is not very good at holding a pen or pencil. I use these stamps so that he can make birthday, Christmas, Valentine's Day and other holiday cards to write out his feelings. He is also not very good at spelling. Spelling and math fun
This was a birthday gift for my grandchild. We've already used it, and she and her brother really enjoyed. She especially liked practicing her math skills with stamps.
