Comfortable like a reclining sofa
This is the best chair ever! I wish I bought this years ago. It adjusts in all different ways so you can find the perfect aetup. The included neck and back pillow are perfect for support.

Arm rest came off after 4 months. Impossible to fix. Junky, cheap material. I did a bunch of research to find a solution and learned it's a common issue. Don't recommend.

Garbage
The neck pillow feels like a brick, the armrests rotate at the slightest touch while making a very loud and sharp clicking sound, the seams started tearing in under a month, and now the final straw is when one of the armrests just snapped off in my hand. Utter garbage
Literal piece of trash. Good luck putting this thing together. Quite literally impossible to put the side panels on. Not to mention mine came with a massive hole punched through the box into the seat.

Horrible Product!
One screw got stuck with a string from the bottom of the chair and it broke! Cheap item. Do not buy! I threw the whole chair out!

30 days already tearing and being used by a child
I bought this chair 30 days ago to the day. And of course staples only does returns within 14 days of sale. Super comfortable chair but my child whom is under 80lbs and only one using chair is already showing tearing around the seat. Wouldn’t recommend if going to use this chair often or honesty at all. Bought this for my son for Christmas. The arms broke off and the chair it self the "pleather" is just wearing off. Would definitely shop around. This was a last minute purchase I wish I did some research.

Comfy But Falls Apart
So I bought 2 and my best buddy bought 2. Among the 4 of us 2 of the chairs had issues with the arms falling off. I had to use locktite on them. Also the thread on my chair came apart after about 3 months and I had to get a refund.
