You get what you pay for
-Bolsters cut into your thighs if you're a heavy person They rate this to support up to 275 lbs, but you will absolutely walk away with red marks and soreness on your legs. This is why Secret Labs heavy chairs are flat.
-Cushion wore down after 5 months, metal bar between your legs feels awful.

30 days already tearing and being used by a child
I bought this chair 30 days ago to the day. And of course staples only does returns within 14 days of sale. Comfy But Falls Apart
So I bought 2 and my best buddy bought 2. Among the 4 of us, 2 of the chairs had issues with the arms falling off. I had to use locktite on them. Also the thread on my chair came apart after about 3 months and I had to get a refund. I am not a gamer, but this chair saved my back. It's so hard to find a comfortable chair with back and neck support if you spend a lot of time at your computer. The back and neck pillows are adjustable and so helpful. So happy I made this purchase.

Very comfortable for a long day of working remotely. The second day I used it, the left armrest fell off. I had to take it apart in order to repair it. The springs and ends popped out when it came apart. This chair is great for using in a shop for leather crafting. Perfect height for my bench, perfect adjustments for back support and when I want to take a break I can kick it back and relax for a few! Love it,,, no more stiff back and hips after a few hours of tooling leather.
