You get what you pay for
-Bolsters cut into your thighs if you're a heavy person They rate this to support up to 275 lbs, but you will absolutely walk away with red marks and soreness on your legs. This is why Secret Labs heavy chairs are flat.
-Cushion wore down after 5 months, metal bar between your legs feels awful.
-Seat is tearing at edges, bolsters cutting into pleather.

I am not a gamer, but this chair saved my back. It's so hard to find a comfortable chair with back and neck support if you spend a lot of time at your computer. The back and neck pillows are adjustable and so helpful. So happy I made this purchase.

Great gaming chair!
I purchased this chair for my teen grandson and he can’t stop expressing how much he likes it. He uses it for gaming, studying and all computer work. He says it’s the most comfortable chair he’s ever had.

Excellent, but the arm rest fell off
Very comfortable for a long day of working remotely. The second day I used it, the left armrest fell off. I had to take it apart in order to repair it. The springs and ends popped out when it came apart. This chair is great for using in a shop for leather crafting. Perfect height for my bench, perfect adjustments for back support and when I want to take a break I can kick it back and relax for a few! Love it,,, no more stiff back and hips after a few hours of tooling leather.

I wanted a very comfortable chair for those times when I do get to sit down. The cushions that are movable do help me sit in a position that relieves back pain from poor posture. Comfortable chair. Arm supports are low enough to fit under my desk. Fairly easy to put together except for driving in the screws that secure the back of the chair into the bottom. Bought a carpet protector. Allows the chair to be rollable across my deep pile carpet. Don't think it would roll at all without it based on the look of the rollers.. I like the lumbar support...
