Toner Collection Unit
The item initially showed as in-stock and was ordered; however the next day I was notified by email that the item was out of stock and my order was cancelled instead of being placed on back order. I contacted Customer Service and had to place another order and the product was received the next day.

After receiving a prior order wrong 3 times this just added icing to the cake. I gave your specialist the full name of the printer and was provided the wrong toner collection unit so I ordered it elsewhere.
