Comfortable but Low Quality
The chairs were comfortable but the arm rests are low quality materials. They come out of the box looking beat up as the grey paint was already cracking. I could not return them as it was past return period by the time they were opened.

Not thrilled
My original chair came damaged and the replacement (though easily sent and delivered right away) was also damaged or maybe just made poorly. The sitting in the seat is off and has given the cushion a weird crinkle and the threading was damaged to put the arms on. Overall disappointing.

Comfortable - So much so that my husband stole it
This is my second purchase of this chair and now I will need a 3rd because my husband took it for his own! I love that the arms fold up so you can tuck it under the desk fully.

Comfortable
This is a comfortable chair. The thing Iike most is the movable arms. So if I want to use the arms I can but if I don't want to use them they swing up and back, out of the way. Also makes for getting into and out of chair easier in tight spaces due to the arms swining out of the way.

Well Built
This chair has a substantial weight and sturdiness that I haven’t had in previous office chairs. It’s comfy & built well. I work from home & am on the computer at my desk most of the day. This chair has helped alleviate my neck and back issues.

Sorina Exec. Ergo chair
Needs more padding in the lower seat, and more lumbar support(back)in the lower portion of the back, the armrest are a bit to short, other than this seems to be alright. Hope it last long enough to cover the cost. My son is using it and he takes care of everything, so if anything fails(chair) it won't be because of him.

Disappointed after a year
I'm glad I purchased a warranty on the chair but wished I had purchased the Assurian warranty for the full cost of the chair. I can't replace the chair for the final cost of what I paid since I got numerous discounts PLUS the 50% off sale that was going on for a while.

Decent chair for the price. I like that the arms fold up and the overall appearance. The seat cushioning is a bit inadequate so I can't sit for any extended amount of time. I'll likely look to purchase some sort of cushion for added comfort.

Love the chair, hate the delivery
The chair is wonderful. The delivery was ridiculous. It took them 3 tries to get it here. No where near when we were promised. Unacceptable

Recline is too stiff.
Cushion is okay and it was relatively easy to assemble solo but it's hard to recline back even after loosening the reclining knob all the way. Giving 3 stars instead of 2 since I am not sure if that's by design or a fault. But the way I wish to use it, it's just not great. Keeping because got it cheap enough to fret about trying to return it.

Don’t buy
This chair only lasted 11 months. The Hydralic plunger doesn’t hold anymore and now the chair is at the lowest setting. It only has a one month return policy on it.
