Garbage
This chair was delivered to me 8 months ago and it’s already broken on the base of the chair where it contacts to the legs. The armrest broke off.Absolute trash. Do not buy one.

it's a chair
it serves it's purpose staples chairs are overpriced but when you get a sale it's def worth buying the build is easy quality isn't what it used to be but what are now a days

Fantastic Support for Back Problems
This chair is perfect. It doesn’t tilt back but the seat raises up high enough to let me have better access to eating and puzzle building at my dining room table.

Tall and comfy
At 6’2” I like a tall chair. This one is tall and comfy. I’m pleased. It was a bit difficult to assemble but it went together and is sturdy and very satisfactory. Good goods!

Poor hardware
Bolt got stuck and would not turn going to try and contact for exchange. Very disappointed in the item will update after.

Pretty Good Chair
The bolts that connect the side arms with the back took longer to get to thread properly than the base. Other than that the chair is solid and comfortable.

A Comfortable & Solid Office Chair
I won't buy something as important as an office chair without trying it out. This chair hit all the important points: it is solid has great back support and is very comfortable. On top of all that it was on sale! What's not to like? Staples hit another home run with this one.

Look like their premium counterpart but…
They look great but the front pad is so hard it presses into the back of your legs making them very uncomfortable. Bought 4 of them and regret it won’t buy them again.

A chair that finally fits
Purchased recently and have been using it for about a week. It's really nice to have a chair with arm rests that reach my elbows so I can distribute my weight more evenly and reduce the pressure on my lower back. I can lean back and my head touches the back of the chair instead of hanging over it like other office chairs. I wish this came in traditional leather instead ...

Comfortable chair but broke quickly
Bought in May a bolt broke off which will require major chair surgery to repair August 31. Seriously? Sure it’s under warranty but I have to disassemble the thing and drag it back in a sedan?

Fell apart 10 months after purchase
All of a sudden when I push down on the left arm of the chair or lean on it at all it falls down and forward and half of the back of the chair follows. Feeling pretty ripped off.
