Haven't even had it a year and it is falling apart at the seams literally. This is such a disappointment at such a high price. Don't waste your money and it is not leather it's a thin plastic material that just peels away.

A chair that finally fits
Purchased recently and have been using it for about a week. It's really nice to have a chair with arm rests that reach my elbows so I can distribute my weight more evenly and reduce the pressure on my lower back. Look like their premium counterpart but…
They look great but the front pad is so hard it presses into the back of your legs making them very uncomfortable. Bought 4 of them and regret it, won’t buy them again.

Comfortable chair but broke quickly
Bought in May, a bolt broke off which will require major chair surgery to repair August 31. Seriously? Sure it’s under warranty but I have to disassemble the thing and drag it back in a sedan?

Fell apart 10 months after purchase
All of a sudden, when I push down on the left arm of the chair or lean on it at all, it falls down and forward and half of the back of the chair follows. Feeling pretty ripped off.

While it is true that nobody is perfect, this chairs, and Staples' Customer Service come pretty close! The chair itself is actually my size (6'3" and 310 lbs) and is very comfortable. Decent Enough Chair; Would buy again.
I'm going to get the complaint out of the way first: The pneumatic lift is failing in my chair after like 3 years, the leather is already tired and some plastic parts have fallen off here and there. That being said, I'm actually currently considering picking up another one.

the actual space in the chair from the back of the chair to the edge is less than most other chairs meaning it's not really that BIG which is really something for a "big & tall", and it seems really soft at first, but then after you sit init awhile, it's not that comfortable.
