Faux Leather falls apart making a mess
After a year of use, the faux leather began to fall apart, leaving black pieces all over the floor.

Surprisingly uncomfortable
Assembled just fine. Quality and workmanship were also fine, so points for that. But sitting on this chair? The cushions are super firm and it has you sitting bolt upright. Be aware of this, unless you find that comfortable.

Broke in a few months
It didn't even last 3 months until it started literally falling apart at the seams. I will see how customer service responds but I would avoid this like the plague!!

Pretty easy to assemble and comfortable to sit in for hours
I work from home at a computer all day so needed a comfortable chair. This chair is working out for me really well. It was also one of the easiest assemblies I have performed. Attaching the back rest to the seat took a little time until I found a good position for it so I could get the bolts started. Definately a worthwhile purchase.

Nice chair
We purchased this chair for my wife's desk at home. The chair fits the needs without a lot of bells and whistles. The only thing we did not appreciate was the store had only the display model and still charged us $20.00 for assembly. That felt wrong to us.
