Not for short People
My wife is 5'2".
Her feet do not touch the ground when she sits in this chair at the lowest position.
Otherwise she was happy but needs a foot rest.

The ladies in reception love them. We work in an animal clinic, so it is nice they are faux leather and don't get hair in them. Easy to clean. They are very comfortable to sit in. Like the fact that the back tension is adjustable and has lumbar support.
