Great chair for the money
Comfortable chair, perfect height in the back for me but may be a little short for my husband (I’m 5’0” and my husband is 6’1”). Installation was easy. I like the look of it in our office. Very modern and goes with our glass top desk. Arm rest and height adjustment works well.

Defective hydraulics
The chair arrived fine, assembled easily, and is comfortable. However, every week or so the hydraulics in the height adjustment fail and when I sit down the seat lowers itself to an uncomfortable position. I did not discover this problem until the return deadline had already passed, so now I am stuck with a defective product.

Chair Assembly Charge
The chair is perfect for what I wanted it for. However, your sales associate charged me a $20 assembly fee. It was a floor display model and already assembled for your store. It was not assembled on my behalf so I say just another way to nickel and dime me, your customer.

Required to pay assembly fee
I was forced to pay an assembly fee when boded chair was not in stock so I took the assembled show room chair. Most stores would give a discount on this and never make you pay an assembly fee

Lumbar is uncomfortable
I got the chair because it has a very comfortable seat and the armrests have a wide range of adjustment - many armrests don't go far down enough for me. However, the lumbar support in the back protrudes too much and despite lots of trying, I can never quite get comfortable with it. I am actually most comfortable when I sit with a pillow behind me. A very good and comfortable chair for my home computer desk and office. Replace a much more expensive chair when the fau leather started to peel and left pieces all over the house when it stuck to my clothing.

Comfortable and adjustable
The chair assembly was pretty easy. I used the small allen key tool provided to put it together. I live that the arm rests raise up high and that the chair drops down low for my short desk. Mesh back is comfy with the lumbar support. Most comfortable office chair I think I've ever had!
