Way too hard and uncomfortable
This chair is terribly hard and uncomfortable. I thought I had 30 days to return it but it says it is not eligible???

It's fine
This chair was easy to assemble and looks nice. Instructions were easy to follow and there were only a few screws. However the left lever and the bottom one that twists seem to do nothing. It is supposed to be the tilt function but the chair does not do anything with it up or down. Same with the twist thing. Overall it is fine and it was cheap.

Chair Assembly Charge
The chair is perfect for what I wanted it for. However your sales associate charged me a $20 assembly fee. It was a floor display model and already assembled for your store. It was not assembled on my behalf so I say just another way to nickel and dime me your customer.

Required to pay assembly fee
I was forced to pay an assembly fee when boded chair was not in stock so I took the assembled show room chair. Most stores would give a discount on this and never make you pay an assembly fee

Excellent service
Hi we purchased the chair and asked them to assemble it. The service was great. The chair was assembled on time. They offered to take out and place in our vehicle. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Lumbar is uncomfortable
I got the chair because it has a very comfortable seat and the armrests have a wide range of adjustment - many armrests don't go far down enough for me. However the lumbar support in the back protrudes too much and despite lots of trying I can never quite get comfortable with it. I am actually most comfortable when I sit with a pillow behind me. Entirely Satisfactory
A very good and comfortable chair for my home computer desk and office. Replace a much more expensive chair when the fau leather started to peel and left pieces all over the house when it stuck to my clothing.

Comfortable and adjustable
The chair assembly was pretty easy. I used the small allen key tool provided to put it together. I live that the arm rests raise up high and that the chair drops down low for my short desk. Mesh back is comfy with the lumbar support. Most comfortable office chair I think I've ever had!
