Nice solid chair
Took me 2 years for my husband to give up his old chair for a new one and he loves this new chair. Solid comfortable and easy to put together.

Terrible chair. Both arms and lift collapsed right away.
The arms are so soft they collapsed within hours. (The floor model at the store had firm arms. I don’t know why they’re different.) And the supposedly-hydraulic lift collapses invisibly over hours; it is lower each day than the day before and I have to raise it. I will have to trash it or maybe give it away as long as I make clear to whoever takes it that it will...
