Poor design for prolonged use
Bench of chair is weak, it dips in the center making it painful for prolong sitting.

Very comfortable
This chair is very comfortable and sturdy I tried it in store before I bought it! I usually like leather recliner chairs but this was just as good and for measure I weight 250 lbs and this holds me very well

The bolts that hold the back to the seat could be seated in a safer longer lasting way.
The headrest needs to have a swivel in addition to up and down adjustment.

Reason for knocking off a star - I weigh about 185 pounds and use this chair for about 8 hours a day. I have had to replace the bottom mesh seat about 4 times, the left armrest 2 times, and just this week (July 2024), the hydraulic cylinder, since purchasing it April 2020.

This chair has everything. I put my feet up on my ottoman, and can recline comfortably, with good head support that is comfortable. The lumbar support is excellent. It's cool so I don't get sweaty. Very uncomfortable
The mesh tension is comfortable, but the overall shape of the chair plus the fact there is almost no adjustment options make it very uncomfortable.

Great for small and short
I'm 5'7" 160 lbs. It fits me perfectly and feels really comfortable. However, I give it 4 stars because the headrest needs to be more adjustable. I got this chair for the guy who works for me, 6' 190 lbs. The headrest was pressing the back of his shoulder even after he pull it all the way up.

Very comfortable
The contouring of this chair fits me well. It is comfortable. If one has to spend long periods of time in this char the mesh is very ventilation friendly. Equally important is the regular updates which Staples furnished in the time between purchase and delivery. Well done!

Really good chair, my only complaint is the head rest. I am on the taller side so the headrest sits too low. You can fix this however by taking it off, and removing the two phillips head screws in it, then flipping the arm around and reinstalling it. Best freaking chair
Compared this with $1,500 chairs and prefer it to all 15 other chairs we ever had around here and it costs 1/10th the price. Out of 9 chairs, two of them had the gas cylinders go bad, but Staples go them immediately replaced for free under warranty. The warranty is 7 years.
