Poor design for prolonged use
Bench of chair is weak, it dips in the center making it painful for prolong sitting.

I will be returning the chair. It really is very uncomfortable to sit in unless you have it locked in to one position. If the chair is completely in upright position it puts your back in a forward leaning posture which also makes the headrest push your neck and forward even more.

Comfortable; Useless Head Rest
This is my second Hyken chair; the first lasting 6-7 years with daily work-from-home use. I find it comfortable for the full day. On both chairs, I removed the head rest: at 5’ 10”, it cannot be positioned high enough.

Comfy and simple to assemble!
It’s a comfortable chair, fairly easy to adjust. Assembly was a snap, although it took me a couple extra minutes to attach the headrest without someone to hold it in place.

The warranty is the real deal.
I purchased this chair in 2021, and I just recently had the mechanism that locks the seat back into the three possible reclined positions fail. I contacted customer support, and they sent me out a new mechanism. When it arrived, I was unable to separate the bottom wheel base and the old broken mechanism from the gas strut (despite following support's advice to use WD-40...

Comfortable, but headrest unusable.
The chair itself is comfortable. The mesh breathes very well. The only real complaint I have is that the chair is definitely made for people 5'5" and shorter. I'm only 5'9" and when I am sitting straight up the headrest is in shoulder blades. So I took it off and its fine. But it would be great if suggested height were listed in the details or specifications.

Not happy that I have my chair delivered but the assembly is a week and a half later. I still do not have a chair to sit it. You should be honest with the time of delivery and assembly.
