Poor design for prolonged use
Bench of chair is weak, it dips in the center making it painful for prolong sitting.

If you're over 6ft don't bother
The headrest is literally poking my shoulder blades, this chair is for short people.

Great Chair for the price
I've had this chair for 2 years and its held up well. I find the back, and neck supports very comfortable. I think it has the right amount of tilting. it follows my posture when sitting up and also allows me to stretch with my legs up., Only wear and tear has been the cushion in the front of the seat has detached and moves. Front cushion doesn't stay in place
I've had this chair for 4 years, but this issue started within the first 2 years of purchase. There is a cushion underneath the front edge of the chair that has been giving me problems. Headrest is awful - and I'm only 5'5"
Would be a great chair but the headrest is absolutely god awful. I'm only 5'5" and it hits the tops of my shoulder blades very uncomfortably. It can be tilted up, but that angle doesn't make sense for anyone's neck. I don't think any of these "ergonomic" chairs are truly ergonomic. I will be returning the chair. It really is very uncomfortable to sit in unless you have it locked in to one position. If the chair is completely in upright position it puts your back in a forward leaning posture which also makes the headrest push your neck and forward even more.

Comfortable; Useless Head Rest
This is my second Hyken chair; the first lasting 6-7 years with daily work-from-home use. I find it comfortable for the full day. On both chairs, I removed the head rest: at 5’ 10”, it cannot be positioned high enough.

Comfy and simple to assemble!
It’s a comfortable chair, fairly easy to adjust. Assembly was a snap, although it took me a couple extra minutes to attach the headrest without someone to hold it in place.
