I love the discs, very good size, slides very well and in addition there is a guide included with several exercises. A great surprise!

I do not like most forms of exercise and was looking for something different that I might actually enjoy. These slides are definitely not easy, but are a lot more fun and interesting than a lot of traditional exercise modalities. I can only complete a few reps because I am not in shape, but I enjoy the slides enough that I look forward to using them, which is half the b...

So I am currently using these for 80 day obsession. So I am using them 4-5 days a week. I workout on hard concrete so the booties really help, and i the width of these sliders are great as well. I definitely would recommend these, I've had a couple of sliders(valslides,random no name ones) and these are the best. However the only thing is my floor is slightly industria...

Best slides...great for larger feet. Very nice slides. Super nice bag to go with them.
