I love this for my migraines and for beauty purposes like to use over my face mask. I keep two of them in the freezer and sometimes use both at the same time.

I love this thing. It feels great on your shoulders and back, the cooling properties are nice too in the roller ball. It's easy to clean and the roller ball moves VERY smooth. My favorite is having this rolled on my scalp, feels the best!

Hit the back of my head in a fall, it was very handy to roll the back of my head and neck. My massage therapist had one, so I ordered my own.

I work in Physical Therapy everyday. This is a very well built product, easy to use, should last a very long time and has many different, convenient uses for pain relief from inflammation, tight soft tissue, etc. I highly recommend it to anyone.

My wife loves this massage polar roller. Says it does more to ease the pain and stiffness in her neck than all the doctor and massage therapy visit she has been to.

This massage roller has a nice weight to it. I especially appreciate its cool, soothing capabilities when I experience my headaches. It feels so good and makes the day more tolerable. I don't need to call in to work. It's easy to use independently. Maybe a longer handle attachment will become available to get those hard-to-reach spots.

Got this for the hubby since he always has sore muscles after workouts. He already has one of the regular ball rollers and it works, but the handle on this one is so much better and more ergonimic. This roller is fantastic, I have yet to freeze it as the rolling ball is really cold. I don’t even think freezing it is necessary as the steel ball feels super cold sitting in room temperatures. The mechanics of the roller are great, and it definitely massages well, works best if someone else is doing the rolling though, as the handle is super short.

We have enjoyed using the Polar Roller, it is especially nice for the neck and upper shoulders where trying to place an ice pack in inconvenient and cumbersome. Plus you can apply as much or as little pressure as you desire.

This has good weight to it but not heavy and compact. It rolls easily and the weight feels good as it rolls. This is the best massager I've had and works good for rolling out knots. There is fluid in the ball so you could hear it splashing when rolling vigorously. Not an issue for me just thought I'd mention.

The Polar Roller is a great product and perfect for injuries, sore muscles and aching feet. The rolling ball shape is able to get in to all areas, and the ergonomic handle make it perfect for working on yourself or others. The ball gets cold very quickly and stays cold quite awhile. I would highly recommend this product, especially for the price.

It works fine for me even if you don't freeze it, but when muscles are really tight the coldness helps. It's still hard to roll the top of the shoulders by myself, but this helps.

Wish I had this when struggling with shin splints! It's perfect if you have someone to help get knots out of your back and is great on your legs after a run.
