Tax Exempt
The product is exactly what I ordered. I did a re-order (needed two more) from a previous tax exempt order two days before and was charged tax. This was after it was acknowledged that I was part of an existing tax exempt organization. Now accounting is upset with me.

Design Jet 746 Printhead
Always a problem. I put the printhead in (following instructions on printer) and it never works. I always have to take another new printhead and replace it. Always 2 times.....waste of money because you can't use them again. Terrible product

I think I need to return it. Installed it and had to get someone in to fix the equipment.
