I'm happy with it.
I have read all the bad reviews but I have been happy with it. It definitely tells you when each color needs replacing, and lasts a long time for me. Super easy to install - much easier than my old HP printer. Not sure why all the negative reviews.

worst printer I've ever owned
This printer is next to useless for much other than a boat anchor. Ink runs out way too fast. Replacement ink is expensive. The wireless connection is worse than terrible, I have to delete and add the printer on my laptop EVERYTIME I use it and what's worse is there is no way to connect to it other than the wireless connection. You guys are disorganized
I registered for the auto refresh alert for black and colored inks. I received 3 alerts so far. One alert I responded to cancel but I still received the product. The two other alerts were late and I was told there was a glitch in the system. And every time I call to let Brother know the problem, I would be put on hold for 2 hours only to be told that I have to be transf...

Brother color ink cartridges.
This was a package with 3 brother color ink cartridges. Immediately after installing them, the blue and yellow cartridges appeared on the printer screen to be full but the magenta didn’t look full.

Yellow was empty
I ordered all 3 colors and a black. The yellow was empty and the red & blue were only half full. Quill was great but the cartridges were not. Very disappointed in Brother mfg.

Bad new color cartridge's
I put new color cartridge's in printer then performed Maintenance - Results were bad. Removed cartridge's & ink was on outer portions of all 3 color cartridges. I feel this unacceptable and should get my money or a credit for cartridge replacements

Brother ink will save you money!
Learned the hard way not to use cheaper ink for my brother printer. Wouldn't use anything but Brother ink now. It will save you money in the long run!!

Black cartridge doesn't work
The black cartridge was very pale right from the beginning and it already says it needs to be replaced. I don't print hardly at all so its very frustrating that I put on a new cartridge and its already not working.
