I'm happy with it.
I have read all the bad reviews but I have been happy with it. It definitely tells you when each color needs replacing, and lasts a long time for me. Super easy to install - much easier than my old HP printer. Not sure why all the negative reviews.

worst printer I've ever owned
This printer is next to useless for much other than a boat anchor. Ink runs out way too fast. Replacement ink is expensive. The wireless connection is worse than terrible, I have to delete and add the printer on my laptop EVERYTIME I use it and what's worse is there is no way to connect to it other than the wireless connection. Stick with Manufacturers cartridges
I have tried generic cartridges that I purchased on line and these always caused problems. Since I need to purchase OEM’s, I’ll turn to staples since they always give me the best price available.

I messed up
I ordered the wrong ink. However, I took the wrong ink back to store in Az & Mimi kindly exchanged for correct ink and then indicated since I had started online return, SHE would mail back. How wonderful!!
