Very Good
Pleased with the ordering and delivery. Price was better than any other source. Came in a big box that was very oversized for the little twin pack of cartridges though. That was wasteful in my opinion.

Poor quality
Very poor print quality. Colors fade after 20 pages. No way on the face of the earth would this print 400 pages. Ink is a rip off scam. NOT Staples problem totally belongs to the manufacturer—Brothers and other printers.

I haven't found these cartridges any where other than Staples that can get them to me fast and have them be Brother and not an off brand.

Reorder
Either the employee ordered the wrong ink or the warehouse sent the wrong ink. I now have to drive back to the store and get my money back and reorder or order from Amazon.
