Does what it says on the tin
ink is dispensed as requested. Use original ink in your printer for the best output and least hassle.

Think twice purchase smarter.
After checking out my ink purchase for $160 I realized that It would be less expensive to buy a new printer for $100. Go figure.

Your staff are great. I replaced the cartridge but Im still having problems with one cartridge. The yellow cartridge is leaking. Should I bring the unit in to check the system

I'm OK with the higher price.
My Brother MFC J805DW do-everything printer cost me a bit over $100 four years ago. It came with what promised was a year's supply of ink. No Brother Cartridges at store
The Cartridges I ordered were fine but it would have been nice to pick them up at the local store. The Brother ink Cartridge area seems to shrinking and I am sure it isn't because they are standardizing their Cartridges.

Not dark enough
Since I put this cartridge in my printer as printed everything that should be black in grey.

Staples up charges compared to others
needing ink fast go to staples but if you can wait a day order it from Best buy Staples upcharges and higher priced than ANY other seller in the area
