This was the wrong product for the model of Brother printer that I purchased at the same time. The product may work fine for printers for which it is intended, but I returned the product unused because it does not fit my printer. Store clerk made an error selecting this product.

Different store.
I bought this printer from Staples several years ago and I am so happy that the ink for it is still carried. I usually buy at a store closer to me, but I was in a different town and was still able to buy my ink. I was able to recycle my old cartridges too. Store clerk was extremely helpful with my recycling and my purchase.

Brothers print cartridges are a rip off. I never print in color only in B&W yet when one color runs out you can't print at all. I do all the recommended print selection by manufacturer and still no printing happens. So Brother's make you buy color cartridges.

Pleased with the ordering and delivery. Price was better than any other source. Came in a big box that was very oversized for the little twin pack of cartridges though. That was wasteful in my opinion.

Poor quality
Very poor print quality. Colors fade after 20 pages. No way on the face of the earth would this print 400 pages. Ink is a rip off scam. NOT Staples problem totally belongs to the manufacturer—Brothers and other printers.
