I'm happy with it.
I have read all the bad reviews but I have been happy with it. It definitely tells you when each color needs replacing, and lasts a long time for me. Super easy to install - much easier than my old HP printer. Not sure why all the negative reviews.

worst printer I've ever owned
This printer is next to useless for much other than a boat anchor. Ink runs out way too fast. Replacement ink is expensive. The wireless connection is worse than terrible, I have to delete and add the printer on my laptop EVERYTIME I use it and what's worse is there is no way to connect to it other than the wireless connection. Poor quality
Very poor print quality. Colors fade after 20 pages. No way on the face of the earth would this print 400 pages. Ink is a rip off scam. NOT Staples problem, totally belongs to the manufacturer—Brothers and other printers.

Print great; life a little short
These ink cartridges are very good; wish they lasted longer (I know that is mainly due to the automatic cleaning schedule). Price is reasonable.

I came into the store 4 minutes before they were supposed to close, and I tried to find the exact ink I needed for my printer. I couldn't find it, so I asked Michael, and he figured out that they do carry the ink, but the display was out. So, he went back to the inventory and found it for me, all within the last few minutes before the store closed. I was so grateful!

Quality Ink Cartridge
Had tried after market cartridges. They caused printer to shut down and not be able to print. Printer unable to detect after market cartridges. Putting in a genuine Brother cartridge solver the problem. Have no problems printing and will only use genuine Brother cartridges going forward. But would be happier if price came down.
