Excellent service and help
I was new to this Staples. The staff in the ink section helped me find what I needed (four cartridges to outfit my Brother printer). I had the cartridges delivered to the store. Two days later I received an email to come pick up my cartridges. About an hour later, I had installed the four cartridges and was printing.
