Get over it people
I am sorry, but I came here to get constructive reviews for this printer and toner. But I see that first thing is people complaining about supply. I get maybe a few hundred prints
I purchased two of these printers for my office and I’ve had to replace these toner cartridges after a few hundred prints at most. I think it’s too convenient that brother claims up to* 2,300 prints when in regular use we’re averaging 20% of what’s claimed. I bought these printers hoping to save money in the long term and may now have to replace them.

Just what I needed
Facing an imminent deadline when my black toner stopped working, I was relieved to find that Staples had just what I needed--but only one in stock. I prepaid online and headed out to pick it up at the store.

GREAT SERVICE
I had a Brother TN-227 toner cartridge in a sealed box with intact security seal that had the cartridge bag opened and an old cartridge inserted. I can’t figure out how that was done, but my Staples store simply replaced it with a new cartridge. One can not ask for better.

High Volume. High Yield, Better Service People
I print 100s of pages at a time, and the 227 minimizes trips to purchase more toner. But even better was the Staples team who made sure it was the right cartridge, re-explained installing and created a sense of support for whatever troubleshooting I might need in the future.

Brother ink replacements

Useless Waste of Money
My Brother printer does not recognize these cartridges. I spent a lot of money on one of each color of the high yield and now none of them work. These are genuine Brother cartridges in my Brother printer, yet somehow they don't work with one another. These are useless.
