Actually, this review is for the black ink cartridge, and I haven't had to use it yet. My printer was out of magenta ink, and that's the only one I had to replace. I ordered all the others so I would have them when I ran out. I'm very pleased with my Brother printer, except that I must run the program to clean the cartridges when I haven't used it for a while. False Advertising
The Brother "Business Smart" that I purchased from Staples was advertised to have a very long ink supply. The first black cartridge did in fact last a very long time. Brothers Printers are poor quality
We have had nothing but issues with the brothers printer in our office. It won't keep a standard setting, so we end up printing ledger when we want letter. AND when we purchased this in, upon inserting it into the printer, it ate up half the ink and is automatically down by half of the print pages listed on the package. Not impressed!
