Best $ I Ever Spent !!!
Wonderful product. Easy to setup and scans quickly and efficiently. I also purchased the Kofax software and I'm all set. No more bulky files. Nice, clean and organized PDFs.

Don't waste your time
#1 - This is NOT a fast scanner. It took 1:50 to scan 13 text pages, and another 1:10 to save the 13 pages to a PDF document!
#2 - Would NOT connect Wireless. We run a home network, and spent over 3 hours trying to get the wireless to work. Also dealt with two numbskull Brother "support" people, on the phone, who had no clue what they were doing, or talking about.

This keeps Jamming
Doesn't scan all pages and keeps jamming since I got it. I barely used it. Get another scanner.

Great in a pinch
Scanner works well. WE got it as a backup for our main scanner. Works very good.

Cool little scanner
Cool little scanner. It does a great job, but it is easy to not get the papers just right and have it scan crooked. I would also like to find out if I can go straight from my scanner to my printer.

Not as advertised
I purchased with a 30 return...I am returning the scanner. I found it time consuming to get it to operate properly, Some times it worked.. some times it just crumpled the receipts
I dont have time to play with my food...so I will not play with this scanner I have had other Brother products that perform excently....I hope that this is an exception

I love the Ads1250W. I wish software updates for Mac were better and the paper guides should be more sturdy.

To Keep or To Return…
The set up wasn’t bad but it was delayed a couple of days once I started because I had to order a cable that was not included with the scanner.
What I don’t like about this scanner and why I’m considering returning it is that it keeps having issues getting through a small stack (apx 8 pages) of papers. And once it stops mid scan, it doesn’t let you continue the scan...

No wifi without cable
This scanner requires a usb cable that is not included and does not indicate that it is needed when purchasing. Wifi cannot be used without the cable.

Easy to use and happy to scan!
This is a petite and powerful scanner, helping me to rid myself of paper files easily. Yes, be careful that the pages aren't stuck together, but it's quick and the software helps a lot in the organization. I am using it on my PC with Microsoft 365.

Very Difficult To Setup!
So far I have not been able to get this scanner set up on my laptop or on my WiFi network. When I try to download the software and drivers on my laptop I keep getting the message that one of the files may be harmful to my computer. When I try to install this on my WiFi network it will not connect. This has been truly disappointing.

Excellent performance!
With the exception of spending an entire week working to get the scanner set up, this product has been great! It makes managing and organizing so easy and the scans are professional quality and very easy to send to a variety of places.

Works well!
Had to make a trip back after this purchase to get the special micro usb cable for it to connect to pc. Unit works well and fast! So far so good! They did ask me if I needed a cable for it and I said no but had no idea it was a cable I did not have! Technology!

great little scanner
This is a great little scanner. I like that you can name and choose the file location right from the scanner software. Quick and easy to use for any size papers or receipts up to 8.5" wide. I also appreciate that you can scan both sides in one pass and in color or B&W.

This scanner works great. It is much smaller than our old scanner and I love the wireless feature.
