I came to Staples get a replacement ink cartridge. I brought the empty cartridge so that I could show the sales person what I wanted. She couldn't find the right product and handed me off to the technical person. I did not realize that the ojbect I brought was the cartridge AND the drum unit. Good quality
Works the best with my Brother printer. I tried using other cost saving options, but they eventually caused issue with my printer. I switched back to this toner and the problems resolved quickly luckily. Despite the higher cost, it is best to use this name brand version. Produces good quality print outs.
