Great Product- no report to Purchase Edge Points?
Very happy with this product Only regret is that order through HP store are not reported automatically to our HP Purchase Edge Points like purchase from outside vendors. Why not?

Does not live up to what it advertises: Page Yield Per Package (Up to) 12,000.
I installed this only today. I printed some copies and the ink is already low!

I ordered this by mistake. Meant to get laser ink 17a. Sent 19a back. Process and return easy, butstars don’t apply. Not sure if I will get money back, but it was my mistake

SIMPLE AS PULLING OUT THE OLD ONE AND REPLACING IT WITH NEW, AND THE PRINTER WORKS LIKE IT'S BRAND NEW AGAIN.

Printing is much better now
Our old drum was getting worn out and leaving spots on the paper that even with cleaning would not go away. New drum took care of it.

Ink notification
But....... After installing the cartridge I keep getting a "low ink" notification which then sends me back to HP which trys to sell me another one. It's really annoying....

What’s there to review about? It’s a typical HP high quality toner cartridge. Seems to work well and will last me years of use. Thanks. I love your business grade Elitedesk refurbished computer that I bought recently.
