Great Product- no report to Purchase Edge Points?
Very happy with this product Only regret is that order through HP store are not reported automatically to our HP Purchase Edge Points like purchase from outside vendors. Why not?

Does not live up to what it advertises: Page Yield Per Package (Up to) 12,000.
I installed this only today. I printed some copies and the ink is already low!

HP 19A Black Drum Cartridge, Standard
Still having problems with the hp laserjet 19 A it was great in the beginning and now it is streaking in the middle again. I never had this problem with the 17A. I will think twice before I buy ANOTHER 19A HP LASERJET CARTRIDGE.

Toner not full
Keeps saying ink is low and I should replace toner. Even though it's brand new.

I BOUGHT THIS ONLINE AND WAS AMAZED AT HOW EASY IT WAS. NORMALLY I WOULD HAVE DRIVEN TO A STORE BUT THIS WAS SO EASY.

Devoted HP Printer User
I have always used HP Printers and Printer supplies. My most recent purchase, TOner Cartridge 19A is for my 4 year old printer that I use exclusively in my Tax Preparation Business. I only use HP Printers and supplies because I can't afford to have a printer problem and HP is the premier printer manufacturer.

easy to install
Ordered the drum VS the cartridge. Received it in a few days, took about 30 seconds to switch out the cartridge for the drum. great product.

Black drum ink cartridge for HP printer
Not pleased that the manual for the HP printer doesn't tell us how to remove and install the ink. We managed to do the replacement but the printing quality is not good. First it had a black line running vertically and then today the printing was very faint as if the ink was low. We have only printed 3 pages and none good. We may have to contact Staples.

Re-set the "low toner" notice
Installed the replacement Drum BUT cannot get the "low-toner" notification to clear or reset
