Great Product- no report to Purchase Edge Points?
Very happy with this product Only regret is that order through HP store are not reported automatically to our HP Purchase Edge Points like purchase from outside vendors. Why not?

Does not live up to what it advertises: Page Yield Per Package (Up to) 12,000.
I installed this only today. I printed some copies and the ink is already low!

An expensive but necessary fix.
Only comment related to the situation, is as soon as I installed this. The printer toner cartridge says it's out... It should have been on the list of Items that HP checks.

Old stock or something...
After buying this cartridge it worked great for about 25 copies then printer sajud add new toner..took toner out and shook it replaced it and it worked for another 25 copies. This continued until I bought new toner from another site and is working great. I'm guessing that it was old or had acquired some moisture. Be careful.

Empty new Cartridge
replaced old with new worked for a week and it said low ink then started to print lightly and skip middle of page vertically

NOT A TONER CARTRIDGE
The reason people are being disappointed by the continuing LOW TONER warnings is because this is NOT a toner cartridge. It's the imaging drum. Our HP Laser Jet Pro M102w uses 2 different cartridges: HP17a TONER and HP19A imaging drum. If you replace the drum ( supposed to yield 12000 pages) instead of the toner supposed to yield 1600 pages), you will continue to get low...
