Best ergo mouse
Most comfortable mouse I've ever used, and i use one 9-10 hours a day. My hand sits in a more comfortable position and I've had a lot less wrist pain and fatigue. Now if i can just get an ergonomic keyboard.

Best ergo mouse
Most comfortable mouse I've ever used, and i use one 9-10 hours a day. My hand sits in a more comfortable position and I've had a lot less wrist pain and fatigue. Now if i can just get an ergonomic keyboard.

Feels cheap for the price paid
The mouse itself is comfortable and good to use. However the build quality is not worth the price. Just because it has a special ergo shape, it's overpriced. The material is just cheap plastic everywhere and the mouse is very light. You are forced to use their software in order to use all the buttons. It is a nice mouse to hold and work with, but:
- expensive
- gets filthy fast and difficult to clean-up
- Clicks stop working reliably in the first 12-months

Great mouse, I miss the M500s scroll wheel
Overall this is a good mouse, and I have gotten used to using it. The hand position is comfortable, and it has alleviated most of the wrist pain I was experiencing previously, which is the most important thing.

Wonderful Ergo mouse with some long term issues
As an Exercise Scientist, I chose this mouse years ago to try out and loved it.
I'm now on my 2nd MX Vertical mouse, and I've told many people to use this mouse.
However, these are expected long-term (couple years) issues:

Takes a beating great for arthritis
This is a great mouse, I've had one for 4 years. I would take it with me for travel, worked well. Got a new one as I've finally worn our the left click button.

MX Vertical: Ideal for Bigger Hands, Less Silent Than Lift

It’s good, but Lift is better.
I use the MX Vertical for my office setup and the Lift for my home office, and I find myself preferring the Lift overall. My hand fits comfortably on both, but I really appreciate the Lift’s silent clicks, smooth scrolling, and excellent battery life, especially since I don’t have to worry about charging it with a cord. Noisy mouse clicks
It works well but has the loudest clicking noise when you press the L and R buttons that you can’t turn off.

Great Ergo Mouse
I have been using this mouse at work for years which I will say did take a little while to get used to but I absolutely love it. I was buying another mouse for an employee and they really liked mine so I was ecstatic that I was able to find the exact same mouse for even cheaper through a short-term sale.

Quickly got accustomed to using mouse.
I love this mouse! It almost felt like second nature the moment I started using it. I should have switched to a vertical mouse years ago.

These work GREAT until just after the warranty ends.
