Defective
The item was defective and has to be replaced. This problem in addition to the delivery problems. Not a happy customer. Ordered from Staples because time was of the essence. Very disappointed.

Works great
This fixed our printer issues as I had a used a generic cartridge prior to purchasing this one. Don't try to save a little this one is worth.

Lexmark Return Unit (58D0Z00)
The Lexmark Black Return Program Imaging Unit has been used by the company I work for for a long time. It works great for us. The Return Program makes it very convenient and cheap to return the empty unit in the box it was received in. Staples delivery time is excellent as well.
