Lock sticks
Safe is durable, heavy, electronic functions all work like the directions say except the lock. The lock gets stuck in the locked position and even the emergency override key won't unlock it. I am just thankful that it wasn't bolted to the floor yet because I had to flip it upside down to get the lock to work. Possible a loose tumbler but definitely showed up to our door...
