Perfect
Perfect shelves for our tub area. Look really nice and look like they’re actually part of our bathroom naturally. The hardware is good. Installs easy and hold a lot. Haven’t filled it up yet but we’ve had these in our previous place and they hold several full bottles. I also added some S hooks to hang items on it as well. So glad we didn’t have to drill into the tile!

Disappointed with quality,
I love the command products but something has changed. They are not as good as they used to be. I put this up in my shower, lasted less than 2 days before it came crashing down. The one I put up several years ago is still in place at my old house.

Great purchase until the pieces break
Great product until it’s not. It holds well but you can’t use any heavy or have the weight distribution uneven. It will break off the wall at the clear plastic holders and be useless. I would love for command to have the ability to get replacement pieces!

Great buy, holds lots
I have used this product for months. The mirror fogs up but the command strips are strong and the caddy is still hanging. I just know not to overload the caddy. Would buy again in a heartbeat

Not staying up
I purchased two of these and they are not staying up. I went and spent money on extra strips to try again and on the second try the first one is staying. Didn't hold
Installed in shower booth on very smooth tile, followed instructions, waited 24 hours, took a shower and with less than 1 lbs of weight came down to the ground in less than 10 minutes.

Worked well Until we needed to remove it
Worked really well until we had to move places and remove it. The command strip broke as we stretched it, making it impossible to remove the bracket from the wall. That’s another issue. Now Having a hard time finding a replacement bracket so we can use it again in the new place. Any suggestions?

Very Disappointed, Fell Right Away
I was excited to try this product as I have the soap holder and it stays up well on my shower. However, this caddy fell right away and there was less than 3 lbs of items that were in it. Very disappointed

If it's not a hook, it's a gamble
Maybe I just got a defective one, but after installing the caddy and waiting, I put one bottle of shampoo in and it fell. Adhesive worked for all of 3 minutes
I put the caddy up, left the hooking mechanism on, ran the shower, and left my condo. I came back the day after and decided to take a shower. I put a shampoo bottle on the caddy, along with a soap bar. All good until 3 minutes in... I nearly jumped it shock because the whole thing just crashed own. Does not adhere to tile
I had this caddy in an old shower and loved it, so bought it again when I moved to a new place. I followed all the instructions and hung up the shelf and then waited 24 hours to let it adhere completely. Adhesive will not stick

I have used these for about 10 years in 3 different houses. I have one in my bathroom right now that has been on the wall for 5 years now and still going strong. Not Working ....

This is a nice product and looks good in my bathroom. I had some problems installing it and the strips pulled off when I followed the directions. I contacted 3M/Command and they sent me 2 packages (you only need one package to install) of strips and I was able to install it. Great shelf
I actually hung this right above the kitchen sink - It fit in with the stainless steel and much easier to keep everything clean around the sink. Don't use the alcohol wipe inclosed mine was dried out but I did have a bottle of rubbing alcohol that worked like a charm.

Sturdy and Reliable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've installed this organizer more than 1 year ago. It is proven to be more sturdy and secure than organizers that use suction cups. Holds enough product and has not budged since.
