Great Product- no report to Purchase Edge Points?
Very happy with this product Only regret is that order through HP store are not reported automatically to our HP Purchase Edge Points like purchase from outside vendors. Why not?

Does not live up to what it advertises: Page Yield Per Package (Up to) 12,000.
I installed this only today. I printed some copies and the ink is already low!

Dilemma
The cartridge is a work of genius any way you look at it. The problem I had with my printer only two uses after it was installed lead to an error code and the discontinued use of the printer. After a few hours of attempts to get it going I called the tech people.

Stay Away from HP.
I really am done with HP printers. I've had so many issues with the printer I bought 5 years ago. It prints, then I need to re-add it to the same computer. Then it stops and I have to add an account. Then it stops and I have to re-add the account. I want a printer that will be ready when I go to print something! Stay away.

HP17A black toner
Toner works as expected. Is easy to install. Return for recycling is kind of annoying as no UPS store easily accessible to drop off. Wish there was a USPS free return option.

Works fine, easy to install, in fact it seems they have improved the installation. But every time I buy a new one, which is not that often, it seems the price always is more. Also, they should be clear on how to recycle the used cartridge with Staples.
