Awful, Doesn’t work the way the associate claimed
Went to Staples to specifically pick up a multiple port USB charging station for our UK trip - associate claimed plugging it into a power cube would charge multiple devices at one time (iPhone, iPad & AirPods) did not work at all. Need to return the 3 we purchased when we get home from trip. So inconvenient.

Hub
It was not what I needed. It had appeared to have a USB port so it would fit into the back of my computer. It did not so I returned it to Staples. There was not a hub that would work for my computer.

I got great customer support for finding the right connector and I bought 2- one for each classroom - I'm back in business - laptop and tv are talking to each other again!

Worked exactly for what I need it for!
3 USB`s and one HDMI connector. I was able to connect to an old MacBook. The port did work just fine and there were no performance issues whatsoever!

3 port hub
I needed a port hub with a usb plug to plug into my laptop and the person at the cash register said the item I bought would work. It didn’t. My drive time was 30 minutes and a 36 mile round trip drive. Having to return the item to get a different one that will work has made my drive a 72 mile drive. At today’s gas prices the item has become very expensive.

Overpriced, useless ports
This dongle is just a mistake. It's wildly overpriced and has useless functions. it lacks the essential power input/output. Staples should not carry an item like this. It will only be ordered by mistake. As I did.
