Useless Bundling
I love the sprocket plus but I don't understand why they're bundling two paper sizes together for two different models of printer. I just want to buy paper for the sprocket plus and they're forcing me to also buy sheets for the smaller 2x3 along with it. makes zero sense.

Okay but damaged sheets
So far, 2 of 20 sheets have not printed properly. Not the best percentage as far as quality. The ones that do print properly have been fine.

Shipping so slow it's on a geographical scale
The film is ok. It's expensive and a pain but it is what it is.
Just took so long to get here. Kind of tired of covid as excuse when my husband is with USPS and most of the country is ok, mail wise.

HP Sprocket Select
I got this as a gift for Mother's Day even after sayng I did not want any electronics gifts. I am gladly son ignored that this is real neat I did have some problems with paper itcame with it loading properly but the replacement packs I ordered have worked well. Even in the beginning though it would do one with just one sheet.

Photo quality
The colours don’t come out very crisp and accurate. Very muted. Almost foggy.

Great product
Fun product to easily capture those memories. Usually pictures taken on your phone stay there but this lets you easily print off your favorites
