Great buy
I stand a lot throughout the day and this mat has relieved so much pressure from my feet and lower back. It does provoke you to move and it just feels good under my feet.

It is not comfortable for me. I will be returning it and making an exchange for a flat mat.

It works!
I previously had a flat mat for my standing desk, this is amazing compared to that. I am able to stand at my desk all day without discomfort.
